Didn't that charge result in a hung jury? Last I heard the prosecutors
planned on a new trial on the murder charge.

Even weirder than the Zimmerman verdict. The bozo shot at the kids in
their car and killed one of them. Second-degree murder at the least. My
guess is that the white members of the jury voted not to convict him of
the murder charge, thus resulting in a hung jury on that charge.
