Default Death during childbirth

The tragic death I recently posted about is being investigated as is
another, similar occurrence at the same hospital within the past month.
The investigations are standard procedure and are not based on suspicion
of anything the hospital or doctors may have done wrong.

The surviving father, known as "PJ" to most of us who know him is doing
unbelievably well, considering the circumstances. Strong guy.

The hospital is also helping him in a big way. The baby had to stay at
the hospital for five days and PJ never left. The hospital has provided
meals, a room and bed, consoling services and basically attended to
anything he has needed.
