It's also interesting that Illinois became the last state in the
nation to pass a concealed carry law. Took effect in July, 2013.

I'm glad I read ahead. The bangers have to worry about their targets now.

I was reading an article that said in the worst areas they still have
about the same murder rate they had. Rahm is picking the low fruit.
That is good if you lived in a marginal area tho.
Those people do seem to be safer.
The question is how long it will take until we start hearing about
oppressive police tactics.

The city to watch will be New York. With the law and order mayors
gone, will it revert to the Dinkins, Koch ******** it was.
I keep waiting for jps to return and discuss this, but I guess he's had enough.
