http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/0...n_4531328.html Why? It's spectacular news! It says nothing about having reduced the number of guns, but it does say something about getting kids off the street and into summer jobs. I'll bet if they got them back in school, educated them, and convinced fathers to raise their kids, the number of murders would go down even more! Don't ya think? -- Hope you're day is spectacular! |

It's also interesting that Illinois became the last state in the nation to pass a concealed carry law. Took effect in July, 2013. |

Have you ever taken a pistol or a rifle to a range? There are lots of folks who enjoy shooting, even some of the folks here. -- Hope you're day is spectacular! |

I was reading an article that said in the worst areas they still have about the same murder rate they had. Rahm is picking the low fruit. That is good if you lived in a marginal area tho. Those people do seem to be safer. The question is how long it will take until we start hearing about oppressive police tactics. The city to watch will be New York. With the law and order mayors gone, will it revert to the Dinkins, Koch ******** it was. I keep waiting for jps to return and discuss this, but I guess he's had enough. -- Hope you're day is spectacular! How often does he return to a discussion unless he's high-fiving Krause and Associates? |
