Glad to see Cuccinelli and his crazy republican tea party extremists going down the toilet. That's certainly the predictions. I don't understand something though ... and this isn't political. (I have little interest in who Virginia elects as governor). MSNBC is reporting that McAuliffe is leading (based on exit polls) with 15 percent of precincts reporting. Yet, when you go to the Virginia.gov website that shows real-time vote counts, it shows Cuccinelli is currently in the lead 50.7% to 41.9% with over 36 percent of precincts reporting. |

To some, all conservatives are 'tea baggers' Maybe ... just *maybe* ... the national nightmare of division, hate and extremism is starting to wane and people will start talking and working together again for the common good despite their differences. The Tea Party people may have had legitimate cause but the execution of their ideas sucked big time. It forced the worst in everyone on both sides to emerge, both in Congress and in the general public. |

The earlier counts reflected downstate tallies, where the Republicans have their strength. Right now, the Northern Virginia precincts are reporting their results, and the race has evened up...for the moment. Despite what the resident psychotic says, all tonight's prognosticators were reporting, at first, were the results of exit polls. Now, they're all reporting results. As for Cuccinelli, he's quite the piece of work, a real man of the 19th Century or earlier, a man looking backwards in everything that matters, a man of the christian theocracy. -- Religion: together we can find the cure. |

Too much mouth and too much concern over things he shouldn't be concerned with. But, northern Virginia swung the results, and northern Virginia is becoming more and more a government dependant area. This population is becoming more and more Black, Mexican, AFGE, or a combination. When the choice is free money or working, for most it's a free money choice.
