I recently bought some gold from a company called JM Bullion. Although I eventually got what I paid
for, the entire transaction/shipping process left a bad taste in my mouth. I had my bank do an electronic transfer of funds. It took the JM Bullion bank several days to show (to the JM folks) that the transfer had taken place. When an order is placed with them, they allow a certain amount of time for the transfer, and if that doesn't occur they charge a credit card - with a fee added. I was able to get them to hold off on charging the card, but I wasn't happy with the deal. Checking with the BBB (which I should have done beforehand), I found that several other complaints of a similar nature had been made. So - if anyone has purchased gold bullion or coins from a dealer they trust, please let me know. Thanks! John H. -- Hope you're having a great day! |
