Default Paid up 2013 property taxes

Ah...to have the PeterPan/TinkerBell lifestyle of CreepyCharlene.
2nd and final installment of my 2013 property taxes due Oct 30 and paid today.
Sure could have used that money elsewhere..... maybe as a down payment on a street legal dirt bike in the 200cc range.
Guess we can all be dreamers, but most of us keep one foot in reality.

Would you be interested in trading places with Krause? America is
looking for a few good tax payers to ease our financial dilema.

If that is the case, I'd think you'd be working overtime to re-habilitate your L'il Creep buddy in Connecticut.

A larger benefit would be derived from trading Harry Krause for a real
taxpayer.

That's what chain saws are for. I threw out an entire small sailboat
that way over multiple weeks.

Property taxes here are all paid in one nut.
They are not horrible tho.

California we get split payment. Taxes can be bad. Taxes are a little more
than 1% of fair market value on any house bought after 1979. Before that
houses were taxed at what ever the county said the house was worth and what
ever percentage the county decided. Basis for our Prop. 13. Rate is
actually a little higher as special districts add to the tax. So a $900k
house will be from $2500 to $10,000 a year. My the value of the house for
tax. Purposes can be raised 2% a year.

I'll be around long enough enough to dance on your grave, PigValve Boy.
