It is true in a macro sense. If medical devices are covered by
insurance, everyone who pays insurance premiums share that cost.

Medical devices already are covered by insurance.

So we all pay the tax.

No! I've shown over and over again how it's not "everyone" who will pay
the tax, and you, and Scotty still don't get it.

How is it not going to be everyone if the devices are paid by
insurance and the insurance is paid into by everyone (who doesn't pay
the fine)

THE MANUFACTURER GETS TAXED.... And I've shown over and over how it's
NOT going to affect every American.

This would be where you say it is the MANUFACTURER

Yes, and that is true, the manufacturer gets taxed, but your lie is
where you claim that I said that the manufacturer would eat all of the
cost. I never said that.

You continually denied that this cost would be passed down to
virtually every American.

Yes, I did, and I stand by that statement and have given cite. But, I
never, EVER said that the manufacturer would have to eat the cost.

It certainly affects anyone who pays for health insurance and by
extension anyone who pays income tax since a significant amount of ACA
health insurance will be picked up by the tax payer.

Cite?

Do you understand anything about how insurance works? How the
government works.
All that free stuff from the government is paid for by tax payers and
premiums cover all of the medical costs insurance companies pay.

Cite?

I understand you are clueless about economics. When you were Loogy you
stated the Social Security did have a trust fund of government T-bills or
another IOU from the government, so there was money to pay the
entitlements. Not knowing that those IOU are a debt to the American
Taxpayer. So we have to pay the money again.
