I wonder how he gets away with not having numbers on that?



It would be a shame to have to paint 3" state numbers in the side but

it is the law.


Up here you could avoid registering your vessel by keeping the motor under 10 hp.
Wonder how a 9.9 would push that around?
I suppose with the proper gearing and big propeller, you could get around at a modest hull speed.
