Wonder what he'd charge to build an aircraft carrier...probably in the 24 foot range.
I could go for that.

He has the destroyer currently for sale on Craigslist for $20,000.00
Start saving.

I wonder how he gets away with not having numbers on that?

It would be a shame to have to paint 3" state numbers in the side but

it is the law.

Up here you could avoid registering your vessel by keeping the motor under 10 hp.
Wonder how a 9.9 would push that around?
I suppose with the proper gearing and big propeller, you could get around at a modest hull speed.

If you have the 10HP exemption a 9,9 would be overkill on that boat
My bet is he has a big trolling motor in it but you need numbers here
for a trolling motor on a canoe. (any motorized vessel)

What cop is going to look like an idiot to the public by issuing a ticket.
Maybe since it is non passenger vehicle it is exempt.

According to the builder the destroyer weighs over 1000 lbs.

If the hull is flat bottom with a narrow transom, 6-8 horse would
probably move it at least hull speed of probably 6 knots??
