I have a Mase IS2.5 from 3 years and I had no problems at all. Diesel
consumption is less then .8 lt/h and the continuous power is over 1700
w.
The only important maintenance is to put an additional diesel filter (
i.e. prefilter), to check for oil once per year and to replace the
zinc anode as soon as needed. First time you have to check the average
consumption due to local stray currents. Average ones per year.

As this generator is 3000 rpm it's better to install with gas/water
separator (that I did'nt !!) to reduce external noise due to ehaust.

Does anyone have experience with MASE generators? I am considering purchase
of a MASE IS7.6 with a 1800 RPM Yanmar engine. Can anyone advise of their
experiences with this generator?
