I didn't say Republicans thought rape was a good thing. I said that many
Republicans have stated that rape is no big deal.

No big deal and not a good thing are not equivalents.

Why was the article worth reposting? Because it demonstrates clearly
what little consideration many leading Republicans have for the brutal
crime of rape, and how little they care for women. "It's only rape,
after all, nothing serious. Just have that baby the rapist impregnated
you with...it's part of god's plan."
