Imagine being one of the members of the jury in the Zimmerman trial
right now. Their information during the trial was limited but they certainly knew of the media hype that began before they were selected for duty and sequestered. They deserve a lot of credit for following the instructions of the court and making their decision based on law and not due to emotions or external pressures. They remain anonymous for now (per the judge) but eventually their identities will become public knowledge. I just hope some crazy doesn't decide to get revenge. There's a lot of hate and distrust going on right now among those who wanted him found guilty and those who didn't. |
