Actually, even when you owned a boat you showed precious little interest in it and as soon as the grandkids got tired of your company, you quickly sold it off cheap.
Maybe some cooking classes could be your next compulsion.
Ever been tested for OCD?

Wow...

Well, I'm sure you have much more experience with this than me.
What do you suggest.... an attention deficit disorder??

Here's the original question, which, in your hurry to castigate, you didn't answer:

Do you think owning your boat makes you a real macho stud? Do you really
consider those of us without boats, e.g. Harry, Eisboch, me, etc, etc, 'panty-wasted'?

Donne a macho stud? I have a hard time forming that mental image.
Remember, he's the one who can't push his little boat around his
driveway without a motor assist. He might as well throw away his jack
wheel if he isn't going to use it to steer his boat.

Having or not having a boat isn't what makes you "panty-waisted".

If you are looking for pantywaists in rec.boats, start with the posters
whose main purpose here is to insult other posters while hiding their
identities.

Herring is a compilation of nastiness in my mind but I'd never call him
a pantywaist because of his behavior here, because he makes no attempt
to hide his identity. Everyone knows his real name, as they know mine,
Eisboch's, Fretwell's, W'hine's, Don's, Bertie Brain's, and several
others. Even Ingersoll is not a rec.boats pantywaist.

I'd guess your definition is different than a lot of people then. Once
again, please show me ANY expert's opinion on online posting that states
that it's a good idea to use your true identity.

I've learned one thing over the years - it doesn't pay to try to be sociable with Don.

How many draft dodging tax evaders do we have here? I know of only one.
