Whatever that's about is unimportant. The good thing is,
assuming the guy is telling the truth this time, Richard
just won the rec.boats lotto.

I was born and reared in Connecticut. I have many friends there,
including some in medical and social welfare services. I'm heading to
Connecticut again soon to meet up with old friends, and I'll have to
remember to ask about the "Department of Children." I've never heard of
such a department in the Nutmeg State.
