This Playbook puts words in my mouth if I get careless with my typing.

The 2" drop can be reversed to a three quarter inch rise.
I haven't seen a 'zero' drop drawbar in the places I've been so far.

OK, now that makes sense. I looked at the drawbar we were using and it's reversible, as you say. Oh,
I've still got it, if you're interested and haven't bought one yet. It's for a 2" hitch, and I think
the ball is 2" also.
