You are a ****ing idiot... to call you retarded would be an insult to
the mentally challenged. It targeted civilians as well as soldiers, and
the asshole ran around screaming his Islamic rants while he was
shooting... He was a terrorist, he should be at Gitmo, period...

I guess you are too stupid to learn the meaning of terrorism then....

Cheney wasn't prosecuted, either, and there's no question he did the
crime(s).

For you maybe, but you are not a "reasonable person"...

So, you don't think Cheney did anything wrong, eh?

The military and federal government have classified the Ft. Hood murders
as workplace violence.

Ayers was a domestic terrorist and has admitted it. He got off on
a technicality. That doesn't change the facts.

So, you don't believe in the rule of law. The FBI has a long history
of ****ing up investigations and acting illegally

Just because he wasn't prosecuted due to a technicality doesn't mean
he didn't do the crime.

That's the hard core right for you, screw the rule of law if it gets in
your way.

Cheney wasn't prosecuted, either, and there's no question he did the
crime(s).

Then you should bring this oversight to Holder.

If he didn't commit the crime he couldn't get off on a technicality. Being found guilty in a
court of law just allows us to physically punish the criminal.
