Where can I buy a Yanmar 1GM10? I haven't seen a site on the web that lists
prices.

My Sovereign 7.0 had a Renault RC8D (8hp) engine, that is now dead. I'd like
to find a "reliable" used Yanmar, but a good price on a new one would do as
well. I figure they can be shipped for $150 or so, I'd like to find the
lowest price out there.

Why don't you get your current engine rebuilt? I had a YSM12 rebuilt-
it runs great.

Try these places for either parts or an engine:

Another tip- check out ebay from time to time- sometimes you will find
a shop with either a new or rebuilt Yanmar for sale. If you go with
the same model engine as you have now it will be a bit easier to
instal and set up.

The engine I have is a Renault RC8D. Renault doesn't make marine engines
anymore, and getting parts for this engine is difficult.

Hence I'm looking for a more "popular" engine to replace the Renault.
