Not one aspect of which would have prevented the Newtown massacre.

How do you know this?

It does not to remove discretion from prosceutors to actually enforce the firearms laws that
were already on the books. All the laws do is make it harder for law abiding citizes to
obtain, posses and transfer firearms to other law abiding citizens.

No you're just full of ignorant ****.

How will it prevent criminals from getting guns? Do you think criminals go through the legal hoops
to get guns?

Well, you are right there, seeing how almost all guns used in crimes are
either stolen or "borrowed" from legal owners. If there were none, then
those crimes wouldn't happen, would they?

When they get the national registration implemented they will have the information to
confiscate the firearms, the question is will they have the will?

Yeah that stupid government. It's smart enough to implement a national
background check (no, not registration), and then can't figure out how
to confiscate the guns. You're incredibly stupid and gullible.
