It must be a real drag pulling that luxurious 5th wheel all over the countryside and seeing all those marvelous sites while enjoying all the creature comforts and not having to deal with suitcases. Ever think of sandwiching yourself into an airplane between two fat smelly people and doing a flyover instead? Been there, done that, it sucks! My wife is the navigator. She's got the little ipad or pod or whatever the hell it is that connects to the internet while we're traveling. She also bought a book called, "Next Exit" which is a great source of info while traveling on the interstates. The trailer we bought is nice in that everything can be used without using the slideouts. That was one of the main criteria in choosing it. Many of the floor pans don't allow access to refer's, stoves, sinks, couches, etc. when the slides are in. That means 'setting up' to spend the night somewhere. We can pull in to a 'Flying J' and spend the night with all the comforts - and it's free! Salmonbait -- 'Name-calling'...the liberals' last resort. |
