![]() This is how we roll in Merica... SEATTLE -- Officers arrested a man on suspicion of domestic violence Monday night after he allegedly fired multiple shots into his Capitol Hill apartment's ceiling during an argument with his roommate. Officers were called to the apartment in the 1700 block of Bellevue Avenue around 8:30 p.m. According to the Seattle Police Department, they met the victim while he was coming down the apartment stairs, and he told them his roommate was still in the apartment with two other people. Officers continued up the stairs and heard another shot from inside the apartment, according to police. They arrested the suspect when he came out a few seconds later. According to police, the suspect, who was drunk, told officers he and his roommate were arguing and he was pointing his gun in the air when it "went off." The 33-year-old was booked into King County Jail for investigation of felony harassment. Fortunately for all involved, the apartment is located on the top floor of the building, and no one was shot. |
