Ain't it the truth! Just look at Chicago. I wish they'd just go take away all the guns from the drug
dealers and gangs. Or, at least make them take a psychiatric evaluation, pass high school
equivalency exams, and present at least two ID's for a license to own their guns.

Hell, they could even get a voter registration card to use as one of the ID's!
