It absolutely proves my idea of hiring trained police officer to work in
the system, will and does work, period..

No, it doesn't. What it proves is that it might work under certain
limited circumstances, and there are too many variables to make it even
measurably reliable.

Exactly! You can tell he's never done anything remotely scientific in
his life. It would be the same as someone saying, hey, I flipped a coin
in the air, it landed on heads. Therefore, if you flip a coin it will
land on heads, it's been tested and proven!!!!
