Default bill for boat salvage

well the bills are starting to pour in for the salvage of my boat
after hurricane sandy.

the boat was up on blocks for winter storage when the storm hit. it
floated off the blocks and was recovered by seatow, which propped it
up against a house and put blocks under it to stabilize it.

the marina then moved it from there back to its original position.

i inspected the boat 2 weeks ago and it appears to be in good shape
with no damage to prop shaft or rudder.

seatow bill: $150/ft. so that's about $4000. bill from the marina
$800. submitting to insurance....see what they'll pay.

Oh my, Bob. I knew you were bracing or it, but I didn't know if your
craft survived the storm or not. I hope the ins. doesn't give you too
much grief. Hope you can make an equitable settlement.

Did you have any interior damage at least that you can tell?

Man that sucks! I'd think the ins co would have settles something by
now, unless their frying larger fish and it's a 'take a number' deal.
