But...But Looky hasn't finished his cross examination. None needed. I guess you and Scotty and Greg aren't bright enough to understand the difference in what a reporter said and Scotty's assertion that " COP" said he had a weapon. You are too stupid and words cannot describe your ignorance. Seems the kid had no record and was adopted by the family a few years back. Sounds like kind of a nerdy kid, and was a Civil Air Patrol Cadet from what I am getting in local reports... Played on line games, but not "shoot 'em up" stuff... Just something missing here unless the kid really didn't know his adopted father had firearms?? Please show where the cops said that he had a weapon, liar. |

A peek at it might reveal certain traits that might have a bearing on the case. It certainly did in the Martin case. Yep, true to FOXites everywhere, tried, convicted, hung without any evidence. Who told you there isn't any evidence? Can't be, there hasn't been a trial yet. |

Idiocy, that's what. Kid's brains are rewiring and their frontal cortex is missing. The brain stem is in control, immediate gratification. Instead of shooting him to death, perhaps he should have just taken him to the local police and have him experience the reality of being in jail. You assume the kid's only motive was to steal this woman's Ipod I find it troubling that he is going into a neighbor's home wearing a mask at 1 AM when he knows there is a woman in there alone. ... and it was his aunt... I am sure there is more to this story than we know right now. How are you so sure of that? There is always more to the story when you are going from an internet post . I saw a couple of the reports, and watch local news... It just "seems" to me like they are not telling the whole story. Very careful not to mention what the "weapon" was for one thing. Amazing!!! The kid was carrying something so you just to the wild, unfounded conclusion that it was a "weapon". What an insane fool! Are you saying that what the kid was carrying couldn't be considered a weapon? Your hand can be considered a weapon, dumbass. Should I shoot you dead if you are out at night? I love it when you contradict yourself. I never wore a burglar costume when I was a kid. Nowadays cops will shoot you for carrying a plastic gun replica. What I asked, and you failed to answer was that your hand can be a weapon, ie: anything could be called (by stupid people) a weapon, therefore, should I shoot and kill you if you are out at night? OR do you have to be a teenager in order for me to shoot you? Learn one thing, dummy. You can't go around shooting people without justification. But where does this justification stop? It's been said in this thread that someone should be shot and killed for doing... WHAT? ----------------------------- For stupidity maybe. Stupidly being 15 years old, and outside in a burglary outfit when you should be in bed. Then not surrendering when the other person has a bigger weapon than you and does not know it is their son out to pillage the neighbor. Really? Someone should have the right to shoot and kill someone for "stupidity"???? And where did you get this information that the kid was out to "pillage the neighbor"?? |

Did you go out late at night when you were 15, dressed in black with a black head covering? Looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, probably is a duck. Did not really need a weapon, but something shiny in the hands of a person dressed as a cat burglar in the middle of the night, should be assumed to be a weapon. However, Connecticut is a Castle Doctrine state not a Stand Your Ground state. Without the knife, you have a duty to retreat. With the knife, it's self defense. When you go outside the safety of your home, with a gun, you run the risk. http://www.cga.ct.gov/2007/rpt/2007-r-0052.htm Well, it's pretty clear the guy had every legal right to shoot here in CT based on what we (who actually looked) know so far. Should be a wash as CT is not a swing state, the DNC doesn't need an election prop here like in the Florida case... What if in the near future someone did the same to your kid? We would then see how justified you think it is. |

Well, sure it is, it's to make a point, that you can't believe a thing he says here. He who? Holy ****! Try to follow a thread! Look up above, who said "the cops said it was a weapon"????? That would be your answer. Sometimes I feel like I"m talking to my sister's 3 year old. Sometimes you act like a 3 year old. |
