I finally got the water you were promising us. Since last Friday,
we've had 6 and 1/2+ inches of rain. It's all soaking in, too! not a puddle around and my pond is filling up rapidly. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! ?;^ ) |

I put a lot of energy into steering it up your way (and away from us) but don't tell the folks in New Orleans - that was "collateral" damage. :-) Once those storms miss south Florida they have to go some place. |

Where were you? Probably on a ship to Alaska, or do you mean the rain we had in March. My lawn turned brown while on the cruise, and it's not recovered yet. |

The ghost of Issak is back in the Gulf. If you don't want to keep our gifts we will stop sending them to you ;-) Too late. it looks like more is on it's way this evening... We had a god soaking yesterday and will have a day or so of sunshine before more rain. The surfers are all excited... we are already being affected by the hurricane over Bermuda and they expect 10 foot waves to ride by the weekend. guess I'd better stick to lakes for the next week or so. Didn't you buy a bigger boat recently? 10 foot waves would upset the wife. |
