have bowed to the need for votes:
"Embarrassed by Republicans, Democrats amended their convention platform Wednesday to add a mention of God and declare that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel." ---------------- Heh. Wonder if those hard-line God-denying liberals in this group will still vote for their chosen team? |

In order to deny something, it must exist, so prove it. No, I deemed you (for one) as denying God. The question is... Are you OK with the fact that your party acknowledges and embraces God in their platform statement? Or are they now, as you would put it, "insane"? |

The Bible asserts the existence of God. If you think it's fiction (and assert that as a "fact"), then you think He's fiction too. Can't have it both ways. Or do you really beleive in Him? It's a simple question with a y/n answer. You lying then or lying now? Secondly, I don't have a "party", I am quite capable of making my mind up by the actions of the politicians, there stance on issues, and what I want out of them, no matter what side of the fence they are on. Have you seen the video showing that the teleprompter was already loaded with the text that 2/3 of the vote was affirmative? It was a done deal before the vote was ever called. The vote failed but he proclaimed it anyway. The dems are as dirty and rotten a political organization as has ever existed. And on national television. In order to deny something, it must exist, so prove it. No, I deemed you (for one) as denying God. The question is... Are you OK with the fact that your party acknowledges and embraces God in their platform statement? Or are they now, as you would put it, "insane"? Now, just where do you get the idea that *I* am "denying God"? From your many statements in this NG, such as: "What does ANY of that have to do with the fact that the bible is a piece of fiction?" The Bible asserts the existence of God.
