A crazy person will always find a weapon. Do you know how difficult it is to "control" those you are calling "crazy people"? How would you do it? It is not a trivial task, nor should it be, to even commit someone for a three day psych evaluation. Absent such an evaluation, what is your plan? Half the time, those doing the evaluations are nuttier than the patients. |
