This all comes down to breaking Zimmerman's story and Corey has not
said she can do that, at least not in the charging document.
She is trying to make a case that Zimmerman got out of his truck,
intending to shoot Martin "with a depraved mind". If so, why did he
call the cops?

We better get our head around the idea that Zimmerman is going to beat
this charge. It might get tossed in the immunity hearing. As Bill
Maher said the other night, store owners in Miami are already buying

"Beat this charge" does not equal "innocent". I'll bet even FOX would tell you that!

So if a man like Zimmerman approaches me at night in Florida while I'm
walking home I can't under law walk away?

You can certainly walk away but you can't punch them in the nose for
asking "what are you doing here" on private property.

And there you have it... it's not against the law to ask someone a question. It IS against the law to commit assault& battery.

"Going to my Dad's house." was the proper response. A little less attitude would have saved his life.

But how do you know that the person asking the question isn't about to
assault you? Do you wait for him to do so?

Do you commit assault and battery on everyone that is asking you a question, just in case they are about to attack you?

How do you know that Wilson committed an assault and battery? But, I
certainly wouldn't give a stranger in the night any information without
knowing who he was and what he wanted. It would be stupid to do so.

At least have enough respect to get his name right, as you are using his
death for a political bludgeon...

For me, politics has NOTHING to do with it, except that FOX jumped on
the poor Zimmerman band wagon.

Would you punch the guy when he asked you why you were there or would
you tell him you had a right to be there.

It all depends on HOW he approached me.

Either we believe the girlfriend or we ONLY have Zimmerman to
believe., The last words before the fight started were from Zimmerman
asking what Martin was doing there.

Zimmerman's statement to the police was basically the same as what the
girlfriend says, before Zimmerman even knew there was a girlfriend.

Do you mean the statement that the police helped Zimmerman conjure up?
