Other stuff is not hearsay, it is in evidence. A screwdriver can't be used for a burglary tool? When in your possession with a bag of jewelry that "a friend gave" him, that's pretty suspect, right? Why would he have those items in his packpack? If you really believe he was an innocent alter boy, I have a bridge you might like to buy. But surely you're just posing to be this gullible for argument's sake, right? Zimmerman shouldn't have shot him, but because of the law he may just walk. The question is why did Florida charge him with 2nd degree murder instead of something else? The standard for 2nd degree murder is much hard to get a conviction on than 3rd degree or manslaughter. |
