Default waxing hull

my boat's old...1977. bought it 4 years ago and never waxed hull. has
chalky residue on surface, so i want it to look good. have to get rid
of chalk before i wax it...so

-best way to do this (buffer on a drill, etc)
-material to use
-minimum work
-how long does it take (26' boat)
-best wax (single coat)

any hints, etc? thanks much

Machine compound first, being careful not to eat through gel coat. (This
part of the job is best left for professionals)

Best Colonite insulator wax
Easiest Nu Finish
Aplication method Rag in hand
Time depends on how fast you work. My guess for you, 3 days
