This is just more speculation, however you wrap it in "expert." Reminds me OJ and Richard Jewel. I fear this is becoming so politicized that any findings by the law will be rejected by those taking a stand, no matter how it is decided. It's impossible to judge how much the media has damaged this case. both from the (potential) prosecution and defense perspective.
