Hehehe. Gotta love rec.boats for its moronic righties.

Any number of commentators last night were poking fun at Cain's comments
about Cain's Iranian mountain statements.

"Iran has mountains..."

Time magazine had a recap:

47 minutes. We are back with a question from the audience, except there
is no question from the audience. An awkward minute or so later, a
questioner appears: “If Israel attacked Iran to prevent Tehran from
getting nuclear weapons, would you help Israel launch the attack or
support it otherwise?” Cain answers without any answer. “I would first
make sure that they had a credible plan for success, clarity of mission
and clarity of success. Remember, when you talk about attacking Iran, it
is a very mountainous region.” Imagine President Cain on the phone with
the Israeli Prime Minister. “We will attack at dawn,” says the prime
minister. “Have you considered the mountains?” inquires President Cain.

Most mountains in Iran are around 14,000 feet, no obstacle for the
Israeli air force. And the Iranian nuke facilities are in underground
concrete bunkers, so it isn't the mountains that are in the way.

Cain is just ignorant and apparently too intellectually lazy to be a
serious candidate.

He's too stupid (and Suckling Don is too) to know that there are other
obstacles besides elevation. Perfect for hiding anti-aircraft weapons,
and there are vast cave systems that are good for hiding troops. Many of
them have been upgraded to have food, cooking facilities, sleeping
facilities, etc.

Do you really think that the only obstacle in a mountain system for an
invading force is elevation? You sure are one stupid fool! They are a
perfect place for anti-aircraft batteries for one, let alone the fact
that they vast cave systems that exist are perfect for hiding.

Just Liberal media ****ing away valuable time as a diversion from the
real issues of debt, government need to shrink etc. Makes good herd fodder.

Best for any politician to leave the war analysis to rank and file
analysts who can think how mountains affect the equation, and they do.
Mountains can to a small extent shield places from nuclear blasts. But
that is low level logistics crap a present really shouldn't be bothered
with too much.

But a nice media knee jerk to avoid reality. USA is bankrupt and
looking for war as the exit. If it is not Syria, it is Iran, or Russia
or China....everyone is wrong and DC is right mentality.

Fact is DC is corrupt and getting increasing desperate to preserve big
fat over priced inefficient ineffective huge government we can't afford.
