If more than 6-8 inches are on the ground, I use the electric Toro somewhat like a shovel... skimming off the top 4 or 5 inches of snow and then put it on the ground to finish the job. In the winter we seem to avoid a lot of snow here in the city due to the Atlantic Ocean's effect. Downside... not the best place to own a snowmobile... unless you trailer it a couple hundred miles to Cape Breton or next door to New Brunswick. Is this what you have Dimwitty?
