Anyone have any recommendations on submersible binoculars?

(Just because a product claims to be waterproof does not necessarily
imply it is also submersible and therefore more appropriate for
kayaking.)

I have found, with a google search, some Promaster Infinity binoculars
which are submersible...anyone know anything about the quality of their
products?

I would be interested in checking out monoculars as well, if anyone has
any suggestions on submersible versions of those as well.
