Good point, that is 2600 gallons, give or take, at over $4 a gallon,
it should be worth saving.
Do it coincidental with a full moon high tide and they might be able
to pull this sucker off the shoal.


Not if it takes $15K of boat, crew and gear to get it. But the fines
might deter them to spend what it takes.
