I would have guessed Victoria and Vancouver Island as a city/place with the most temperate areas. Frying in Dead Man's Flats or the cold of Flin-Flon isn't good either way. You can only make the claim because of the ocean effect in winter. And the taxes in Nova Scotia....stupid insane. That's not saying much. You do realize that it's just because the water moderates the temps in the winter don't you? Many many places in Canada have higher summer temps. |
