Article 12 of the "Articles of Faith" put fourth by the original prophet
of the LDS church reads.

"We believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and
magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law."

So really, using Warren Jeffs is not valid here... He was/is/could be a
criminal using religion as a cover for his activity... So, anyway, your
suggestion to "ask Warren Jeffs" might as well read, ask Mickey Mouse...
He is not even remotely relevant to the conversation at hand...
