There's litigation going on. I guess it's too much to ask to see that

The only litigation currently going on is by Gibson trying to recover their
property from the raid in 2009.
No charges have been filed against Gibson for any wrongdoing. * That's what

You're right Richard. there has never been any charges by the state or
fed concerning this matter against Gibson to date.

In 2009, The fed confiscated about a half million dollars in inventory
from Gibson, and has never returned it, now , over a million in this
raid and still no charges filed.

And, the resolution is via the court system. I still don't see what
all the huff is about. If they were in the right, they'll be made
whole. Of course, this has nothing to do with the current raid.
