The only litigation currently going on is by Gibson trying to recover their
property from the raid in 2009.
No charges have been filed against Gibson for any wrongdoing. That's what
I understand.

You're right Richard. there has never been any charges by the state or
fed concerning this matter against Gibson to date.

In 2009, The fed confiscated about a half million dollars in inventory
from Gibson, and has never returned it, now , over a million in this
raid and still no charges filed.
