quick read athttp://www.courthousenews.com/2011/06/30/GM.pdf. It's a
class action about a defective spindle rod (whatever that is).
Basically, something that causes excessive tire wear. It has nothing
to do with union workers. It probably has to do with a design flaw.

As usual you use words like "probably" to support whatever lie you
happen to be telling at the time....

For those capable of thinking, the differences between "probably" and
"certainty" are significant. For morons like you, not so much.

You miss the point. This corporate bull**** is the REASON we have
unions. I'm not an "evil corporation" believer, but corporations exist
solely for the purpose of lining the shareholder's pockets. A customer
or employee ends up under the wheels? Tough, there are plenty more
where they came from. Remember, it is all about the majority, not the
minority, right?

Although this is standard legal corporate bull****, I hope that they
lose in court.

In technical point, GM should lose in court as they never did chapter 7.
Only chapter 13. But Obama circumvented the bankruptcy law with bond
holders liens on plants resulting in higher bond losses.

HUH? gm.OLD/GMAC and other GM related screw ups have nearly $300
billion of liabilities of debts and not a penny to pay them. A share
holder, bond, preferred, supplier, dealer, customer, bank, unpaid taxes,
defunct toxic plants and property and the taxpayer debt card got the
****ing.

Wagoner got a bonus and golden retirement because like Obama, he be from
Harvard. So was the Chrysler CEO, GMAC....and let us not forget
Cerberus and Carlyle groups who siphoned out the money packaging the
auto industry for the taxpayer bailouts. Obama buddy Bush and Saudi
have interests in Carlyle.

A managed conspiracy of union, corruption just a screwing the taxpayer.

Bush only donated $13B as the senate/congress didn't want to pass the
bailout so decided to pressure the Bush lame term president. But Bush
did bailout the corrupt long enough for Obama to debt-spend the big wad.

Fact is, the industry is inefficient, corrupt, lazy, screwed beyond

I go out of my way to buy NON-union ever since GM hosed taxpayers with
GMAC/GM/Chrysler and looking at GM stock, looks like AmeriCredit and GM
is maybe planning another failure.

You can saddle taxpayers and investors with the GM losers debt, but you
can't take the loser out of GM without a chapter 7 bankruptcy and
rebuild as non-union.

Up until that point I was neither pro nor con on unions, but then I got
thinking on how much unions cost me. Government is union, they get
raises while people get unemployed. Property taxes go up 8 or 10%, as
the unions get fat and we suffer.

So I too decided, **** unions. I try to avoid their products. Even
Toyota and Honda NA made use CAW/UAW parts and why the next vehicle is
going to be imported from Korea or some non-union source.

Union is about fostering entitlement, greed and getting people to extort
unfair wages to run good companies into the ground. The reason why they
prosper in government is that they can just tax-debt you more.
