"The rich" don't keep assets in the US - fools with pennies do; the welfare
class should endure the proper effects of natural selection. Sooner or later
the welfare suckers will be cutoff and starve, all due their voting and
purchasing habits. No job don't eat.

Maybe the right answer is that only non-government workers can vote.
