Default Ah, Armature night has started....

Kinda neat listening to the amateur pyrotechnics outside. racks of
firecrackers, whistlers, buzz bombs, and some bottle rockets having
their way around town. Who knows, In a little bit their might be the
sound of a home built cannon firing or a double-barreled shotgun or
something like that. Amazing the racket what you can make with a
garbage bag full of Acetylene

Last night was fun listening to the locals... but I don't know what's
going to happen this evening. Vincennes Indiana is the place where we
go for a great fireworks display, but it's been dripping rain all day.
Hope it clears up for this evening. If anything else the temps did
cool down. it's in the low 70's compared to the high and humid 80's
and 90's this week.

On Friday, Canada Day, there were firework displays all
over...including in our harbour.
I took the dog out for our usual 2200 hrs walk but he was more spooked
by the amateur display in our neighbourhood than the professional
fireworks.
Of course the locals were only a block away and quite loud.

Yeah, the locals can be quite creative sometimes. Sorry the dog got
spooked though.
