Is there a web site for California that enables one to with a glance
which rivers accross the state are running at levels suitable for
kayaks? Thanks

Here's one I like even better (thanks to Chris Webster); it has a very
nice color-coded indication of the quality of the run at current water
level on the same page

They've got flows in every state! I'm particularly interested in Nevada.
Unfortunately they are missing flows for the Mighty Humboldt.
