I just dragged myself through the sponson(BS) thread and I can only conclude
Timmy must be thrilled to see so much interest pro or con.
Until a formal study is conducted everything said will be anecdotal and I
don't think there's the slightest possibility that sp's (I cannot say that
word) will ever be mandatory on our personal watercraft. Many rentals
already have those ugly foam things on the side and I guess they protect the
rental companies from the stupidity of weekend warriors.
