The Libyans (unlike the Iraqis) are the best current example of folks willing to fight and die for that cause. Morally, we owe them a bit of help..... and should NOT turn our backs on them the way we did the Poles in WWII..... The French resistance was worried more about their own people than the Nazi as many looked for reasons to get favors out them, by turning in their own. Lots of German genes in Paris today because of that. But Obama supporting al-Qaedea affiliates? That does cross the line. |
