You, of course, fantasize about people invading your home so that you
can shoot them. Should your dream materialize, you would likely spend
the rest of your miserable life at Graybar Hotel.

Are you mooks really as dumb as you seem?

A home invader is a criminal who forces his way into your house while
you are at home. If you're not at home, he's just a burglar.

In this state and in others, you are entitled to shoot home invaders
under most circumstances.

I have no idea what a "perceived" home invader might. If the criminal
has busted or forced his way in, he is a home invader. There's nothing
to perceive.

You're really a moron, Ingersoll. Proper handgun handling is an art and
it requires practice, practice, practice. Part of that practice is
handling, disassembling, and dry firing your semi-auto pistol and
learning how to quickly and safely removed stove-piped rounds, misfires,
et cetera, which you can do with non-firing practice/dummy rounds. I
spend several hours a week doing that, indoors, in the house, and during
my once-a-week/every other week visits to the firing range.

The rest of your post is just more of your idiotic nonsense.

D'oh. The time you called, I happened to be re-assembling one of my
pistols after cleaning it up following a visit to the range. After you
reassemble a semi-auto pistol, you usually rack the slide and dry fire
it to ensure the mechanism was put together properly.

My practice with firearms assures me that if a short, pony-tailed home
invader breaks in here some night with foul intent, I'll be able to drop
him to the floor and field dress him, pinning the pony tail on my trophy
wall alongside the velveteen moosehead. Well, after applying a
fungicide, maybe.

I don't keep my semi-auto pistols in drawers, little man. Oh, and
dryfiring the semi-auto pistols I own produces a barely audible click.
You probably heard me rack the slide of a pistol I had just reassembled.

Loogy is a pretty funny pathetic character.

I recall:

his threats to come up here and teach me a lesson.

his threats to come by here with a friend.

his boast that his friend came by here and got photos of me.

his threat that his local sheriff was after me.

his threat that his lawyer was after me.

his constant bets that no one ever took.

his denials that he posted here as basskisser.

his perseverations.

And now, of course, his shapeshifting ID changes.

Imagine a child of loogy's mating with a child of snotty's...a new
generation of crash-test dummies.

I recall:

his threats to come up here and teach me a lesson.

his threats to come by here with a friend.

his boast that his friend came by here and got photos of me.

his threat that his local sheriff was after me.

his threat that his lawyer was after me.

his constant bets that no one ever took.

his denials that he posted here as basskisser.

his perseverations.

And now, of course, his shapeshifting ID changes.

Imagine a child of loogy's mating with a child of snotty's...a new
generation of crash-test dummies.

That's all fine, but what does it have to do with ME, dip****?

A good learning experience for home invader wanna-be's who want to
teach
other posters here "a lesson," Ingersoll?
You, of course, fantasize about people invading your home so that you
can shoot them. Should your dream materialize, you would likely spend
the rest of your miserable life at Graybar Hotel.
Well, like you said. If he ever shoots anybody I will be the first one
at the prosecutors office with his threats and dreams and ambitions to
shoot a perceived home invader...
I sure do hope he comes to his senses before he hurts someone.

Well, he dry fires in the house and is scared to death to walk outside.
So unfortunately it will probably be he or his sister/landlord that gets
shot...

OMG Your problem is even worse than we thought. You're too old to be
playing GI Joe. If you're that paranoid, hire a bodyguard.

Dry firing, even into snap caps, is not a substitute to firing actual

Are you mooks really as dumb as you seem?

A home invader is a criminal who forces his way into your house while
you are at home. If you're not at home, he's just a burglar.

It could be someone seeking help. They could be being chased by a real
criminal and they are looking for refuge in your home. You would of
course shoot the victim.

In this state and in others, you are entitled to shoot home invaders
under most circumstances.

You actually want to shoot a home invader. You are waiting for the
opportunity to shoot a home invader. If and when it happens you will be
hard pressed to convince the police and district attorney that you
didn't set a trap to fulfill your fantasy.

I have no idea what a "perceived" home invader might. If the criminal
has busted or forced his way in, he is a home invader. There's nothing
to perceive.

I hope you enjoy your time in prison.

There are many aspects to "proficiency" with semi-auto pistols.

I shoot well enough for my purposes and for the sorts of competitions I
enter. At 25 yards, I can put 10 rounds into a circle about the size of
a softball with my 9 mm and .45 CZ's. With my revolvers, the circle is
about the size of a honeydew melon. At closer distances, the circle is
smaller. I'm sure that is far better than you shot with a sidearm when
you were a marine. I'm pretty good with shotguns and my .22 LR rifle. I
have very little experience with larger caliber rifles.

The "handling" practice I do has prepared me to quickly clear problems
with firearm mechanisms or faulty rounds.

I think I'm proficient enough with firearms. Sport shooting is only a
part-time hobby for me.

I didn't have to qualify with a sidearm when I was in the Corps. We did
do familiarization fire with the M1911. And we shot the hell out of the
M16A1 at 200, 300 and 500 yards. And we had to qualify each year with it
in the Reserves.

The "handling" practice I do has prepared me to quickly clear problems

Is that so you can pump as many rounds into a "home invader" as possible
before your front door fully opens.
