the only people not on board this notion are the commercial fishermen
and the Marine Fisheries Commission that protects them to the
detriment of tourism and non-commercial fishing.....

For all of you whiny political types, the bill is, for the most part,
a Republican bill......






Well, that means that sometime in the future, the Republicans will sell
your state's citizen fishing rights to a private corporation.
