It can be summarily dismissed  Hey, about that. I recall that when there was significant snow and cold that most of the righties stated here and elsewhere that because it was cold, that it was proof positive that global warming doesn't exist. Well, in my neck of the woods, we've had record breaking highs, and no significant rain. So, using the right's own analogy, that would mean that there is proof positive that global warming DOESN'T exist, no? Most 'righties' don't deny the occurrence of global warming, or at least some form of climate change. The big question has to do with the involvement of mankind in same, and whether or not sending lots of money to Al Gore is the solution. Most righties are too ignorant or too interested in themselves to have to care what adverse climate change cause by humans is actually doing. |
