payments or rent. I don't pay utilities and I don't pay taxes. I have lived
aboard on the hook with no marina charges since 1987 on this very boat.

1987 to 2011 is 24 years.

If I had to pay rent and taxes and utilities and all the other lubberly
costs I'd estimate that it would cost me at least $2,000 dollars a month.
That is 24,000 dollars a year. 24 years times $24,000 equals 576,000
dollars.

So, Harry, I have a boat that is worth more than half a million dollars to
me by virtue of the money she saved me and she continues to save me money
each and every month.

Can you claim the same for your impractical, trailer anchor Parker?
